A brain injury can happen to anyone at any time. The effects can be life changing, but we are here to help you move forward with your life. Our group in Houghton Regis meets once a week on a Wednesday. Clients take part in physical exercise, games, quizzes and other activities to help reach their goals. Clients’ goals are reviewed regularly with new and varied activities and day trips organised.
Group members particularly value the opportunity to socialise with others who have similar experiences to them, as well as the advice, guidance and signposting received from experienced staff.
Access to our group is by referral only. Please contact us for further details.
TESTIMONIAL
“One of the long term effects of my brain injury is that I have anxiety attacks. These are very severe at the time I experience them. Although I find it hard to leave my house to go to Headway, I am always very happy that I do.”
Headway Luton charity number: 1080775
Headway Luton is affiliated to Headway UK – the brain injury association.
