Making an enquiry is easy, just complete the information on the right and then click to send the form to us.
OUR BOOKING PROCESS
After sending the form to us, we will check your details and see if your chosen date is available. Our Booking Secretary Julie will telephone you, to invite you to visit our hall to discuss your event in greater detail and show you our facilities. She will also give you a copy of our Hire
Rules and an Agreement form to complete and return.
On the visit she will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.

Once the Hire Agreement is signed and accepted we will invoice you for a deposit of £150 which is returnable after the event providing no damage has been caused.
Payment is by Bank Transfer.
Once paid this confirms the booking.
